Health Network is our blood donation service platform that connects blood donors with recipients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Our AI Assistant feature powered by DeepSeek (LLaMA model):
- โYour queries and messages are sent to DeepSeek servers for AI processing.
- โBlood donation details, hospital, and Leaderboard data are provided as context to the AI.
- โConversations with the AI are not stored on our server.
- โThe AI Assistant is for general information only โ consult a doctor for medical emergencies.
- โCamera: For taking profile pictures.
- โStorage: For uploading images from your gallery.
- โML Kit Text Recognition: For scanning necessary text.
- โML Kit Face Detection: For profile picture verification.
- โCameraX: For an enhanced camera experience.

As part of promoting community awareness and donor recognition, the donor's name and total count of successful blood donations may be displayed to general users on our Top Heroes Leaderboard. This is used solely for social encouragement and inspiration; all other sensitive donor details (such as mobile phone number or email) will remain completely private.
This app is not intended for children under 15 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can request to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:
- โFrom the App: Go to Profile โ Click the "Delete Account" button.
- โVia Email: Send a request to healthnetwork.officials@gmail.com.
- โAll data will be permanently purged within 30 days of the request.
- โData cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.
- โActive Account: Your information will be securely retained for as long as your account remains active.
- โAccount Deletion: Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
- โRight to Access: You can inspect and review what personal data is stored on our servers at any time.
- โRight to Rectification: If any information is inaccurate or outdated, you can easily update or correct it in the Profile section of the app.
