Health Network ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Health Network mobile application and website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our blood donation platform. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

To use Health Network, you must:

• ●Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• ●Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Health Network is a blood donation platform that:

• ●Connects blood donors with patients in need
• ●Provides information about nearby hospitals and blood banks
• ●Facilitates emergency blood requests
• ●Offers ambulance service information
• ●Includes an AI Assistant for health-related information

As a user of Health Network, you agree to:

• ●Keep your account information accurate and up to date
• ●Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ●Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• ●Use the platform only for legitimate blood donation purposes
• ●Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You must NOT:

• ●Share false or misleading information about your health status
• ●Impersonate another person or provide false identity
• ●Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• ●Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• ●Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ●Distribute spam, viruses, or malicious content

• ●Health Network does NOT provide medical advice or diagnosis
• ●The AI Assistant provides general information only
• ●Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions
• ●In case of emergency, call your local emergency number immediately
• ●We are not liable for any health outcomes from using our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• ●You violate these Terms of Service
• ●You provide false or misleading information
• ●You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• ●We are required to do so by law

• ●Leaderboard rankings are based on verified donation records
• ●Rewards and recognition are at our sole discretion
• ●We may modify or discontinue rewards at any time
• ●You can opt out of the Leaderboard from Settings

• ●Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services
• ●We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties
• ●Use third-party services at your own risk

• ●Health Network is provided "as is" without warranties
• ●We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• ●We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ●Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any)

• ●All content, logos, and designs are owned by Health Network
• ●You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• ●User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it

Your use of Health Network is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• ●Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance
• ●We will notify you of significant changes through the app

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
